A headhunter specializing in C-level executives and founder at Carpenter Consulting. For more than 15 years, Monika has been successfully recruiting senior executives at the highest level, for companies in Poland and abroad.

In 2017, she became the president of the global headhunting organization IMSA Search Global Partners, with 50 offices worldwide. In addition, she serves as the president of the advisory board at elevato, an innovative platform offering support for HR process management. In 2018, she became CEO at new.doors, and IT recruitment and outsourcing company operating on the European markets.

She’s written for a number of industry and business titles, such as Forbes, Puls Biznesu, Newsweek, Personel Plus, Personel & Management.

Monika is a passionate collector of contemporary art, a horse-riding enthusiast, and a fan of aviation. Mom to babygirl Sophie

Spent much of the past decade as a recruitment and assessment specialist involved with assessment sessions and audits of managerial competencies. Maria commands extensive knowledge and experience in the recruitment field, stemming from the broad range of projects she implemented, from filling blue-collar, temporary, and specialist positions all the way up to executive search and recruitment.

Since joining Carpenter Consulting six years ago, she’s been responsible for research and staying in touch with candidates in the course of recruitment for middle and senior management positions handled by the company. Her other responsibilities also include assessing competencies and drafting relevant documentation in the course assessment sessions and competency audits.
